All rentals are based on a 4 day rental. The listed rate is for 4 days. A further rental rate will be applied if items are not returned on the agreed return date. All DEPOSITS & PARTIAL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Our deposit amounts are based on a PREPAYMENT OF 50% OF YOUR ORDER. Please book your rentals as far in advance as possible, this will ensure you can get the requested items and avoid disappointment. Should an item not be available or the quantity is not available for any item at the time of your booking, please drop us an email and we can try to fulfill your requests. We encourage you to only book the items you will be requiring. Items that you book but may not require closer to the event will be subject to the NO CANCELLATION POLICY. Final payments are due 2 weeks prior to your event. An email and/or text message will be sent to you confirming your order and requesting final payment.
PAYMENTS – We accept all major credit cards through our secure online payment system using SQUARE. We also accept Interac payments through your bank. Email is: (this account is setup for automatic deposits, so a secure question is not required).
PACKING & CLEANLINESS –All items received by the customer will be clean and ready to use. We expect all rentals to be returned in good condition. Rentals are to be repacked in the containers provided at time of pickup or delivery. Rental items and containers that are damaged or not returned will be charged for at the cost of replacement. There is no refund for unused items.
DELIVERY & PICKUP –We do offer delivery, charged out at $1.50 / km, both ways. We also offer pickup at 1 of 2 locations. 11857 Harmony Rd, Winchester (15 min. south of Mitch Owens – Ottawa – near Vernon) OR 3000 Rushmore Rd (Old Richmond Rd & Fallowfield area).
